Service Center    The after-sales service center of Dehaier is located in High-tech Park of Changping District of Beijing, occupying about 10000M2. Its workshop floor area is around 3000M2. The auxiliary function and service facilities include customer reception, simulating hospital, repairing workshop, warehouse, transportation, meeting, training, and quality inspection. It is the center for company’s after-sales service and product installation, inspection, repairing and technical training.   The staffs working in after-sales service center mainly are professional engineers majoring in bio-medical engineering and electro-mechanical engineering, owning rich experience in analyzing and dealing with principle, structure and failures; according to the product category, in the service center, different engineering departments are responsible for the implementation of the after-sales service and technical support for the products. At the same time, work for the whole after-sales system is executed according to united quality management system and standard procedure.   At present, Dehaier company is able to provide services of medical equipment installation, adjustment, repairing, clinic operation direction and technical training for hospitals and its service scope covers over 200 hospitals in 32 provinces and municipalities in China.
